ASSISTANT COACH – YOUTH (3).

  1. JOB PURPOSE
    • The Assistant Coach position is a full-time position reporting to the Head Coach.
    The Job Holder will be responsible for coaching and developing the NAPSA
    Stars youth teams (U21,U19,U17). The ideal candidates will be responsible for
    coaching and developing young players, fostering a love for the game, and
    instilling essential skills and values. The Coaches will work closely with players to
    enhance their technical abilities, tactical understanding, and overall performance.
  1. JOB RESPONSIBLITITES
    • Plan and conduct training sessions that are engaging, educational, and age
    appropriate.
    • Develop individual player skills and team dynamics through effective coaching
    techniques.
    • Monitor and assess player development and provide constructive feedback.
    • Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude among players.
    • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and Club management.
    • Attend team meetings and contribute to the overall development of the youth
    program.

  2. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
    • At least 2 years work experience in coaching, preferably with youth teams.
    • Strong understanding of football fundamentals and coaching principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
    • Commitment to the development and well-being of players.

• Experience playing football at a competitive level.

• Knowledge of child development and youth sports psychology.
