NAPSA Stars Football Club is a professional football club competing in the highest tier of Zambian football, regulated by the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ).

1. JOB PURPOSE
• The Videographer/Graphics designer position is a full-time position reporting to the Media & PR Officer.
The Job Holder will be responsible to perform pre- to post-production of photographs and/or video footage captured during training and games days. He/she shall also be responsible for visual communication by creating concepts by hand or by using specialized graphic design software.
2. JOB RESPONSIBLITITES
• Produce high quality sports photography and/or videography.
.• Digitize, edit, and organize video footage.
.• Maintain an extensive database of videos and photos.
.• Test and maintain photographic and video equipment.
.• Be proactive in identifying good shots as they happen.
.• Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with attention to detail.
.• Stay abreast of industry technology, techniques, trends, and best practices.
.• Be punctual and dependable and communicate effectively.
.• Ensure the club official website is graphically presentable and up-to date with information.

• Secretariat management staff

• Internal oversight bodies
3. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Full Grade twelve (12) School Certificate with at least five (5) ‘O’ level credits including English language and Mathematics.
.• Diploma in Digital Creative Media or related course.
• Computer literate – fully conversant with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Digital media Marketing.
. • Prior experience in sport videography will be addedadvantage.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be capable of standing, walking, crouching, and bending (sound physical fitness).
.• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), proactive and innovative, able to plan events, good organizational skills with an assertive attitude.
.• Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print) will be an added advantage.
• MUST be a Member of the Zambia Institute of Public Relations and Communication.
