“LET US NOT KILL THE SMALL REMAINING LIGHT”, NAPSA DG URGES THE TEAM TO KEEP FIGHTING …

National Pensions Scheme Authority (NAPSA) Director General Yollard Kachinda has urged the team to keep fighting to stay in the Super League.

Mr. Kachinda was saying this yesterday when he visited the team to encourage them to do what they can to salvage the current situation.

NAPSA Stars are currently third from bottom on the log with 36 points, a position that will see them relegated to National Division One if the team continues to lose points.

The team has lost five games in a role and only has three games to see the Club stay in the Super League.

Mr. Kachinda when addressing the team, assured that the Sponsor has not abandoned the team, adding that he still has hope of the team surviving relegation.

“Even at this point I want to say we have not yet given up; it is you to redeem or make the boat sink. Let’s concentrate and salvage the situation,” Mr. Kachinda said.

He added that the team still has chance to change fortunes at the club.

“We still have a chance; we have been a team of miracles and we can still make one. I still believe that nothing stops us from winning the last three games,

“Let us not kill the small remaining light, let keep it burning we can redeem. We still believe and we still trust that you can change things, “The DG added.

The pensioners have three matches remaining to decide their fate in the Super League. The three games remaining will be against Zesco United at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium, Nkwazi FC at Edwin Imboela Stadium and Nkana FC at Woodlands Stadium.
