NAPSA Stars Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of midfielder August Mulenga on a short-term deal that will see him at the Club until mid-season.
Mulenga, an exciting winger who is able to play multiple positions in attack has joined the Pensioners as a free agent to add to Coach Perry Mutapa’s attacking options.
A national team player, Mulenga last played for South African Premier Soccer League (PSL) side Amazulu until July 1, 2022.
The former Super League Player of the Year has also previously turned up for Orlando Pirates after spells with Zanaco Football Club and Nkwazi.
Confirming the development, club Chief Executive Office Ponga Liwewe said NAPSA Stars is delighted to have on board, an experienced player like Mulenga.
“Augustin is a proven goal scorer and he brings additional fire power to our front line. We are happy to have him on board after a request from the technical bench,” Ponga said.
Meanwhile, Mulenga said he is excited to be part of the NAPSA Stars family.
