AUGUSTINE MULENGA LEAVES NAPSA STARS.

After joining the Club in the 2022/23 MTN Super League season, midfielder Augustine Mulenga has left the club to join South African Premiere league side Chippa United.

NAPSA Stars Football Club can confirm that Mulenga has left the club following expiration of his previous contract which he signed up to the end of the just ended season.

Mulenga joined the Club in week-seven when the team played and beat ZESCO United by two goals to one and contributed a goal in that match.

Meanwhile, NAPSA Stars FC Head Coach Perry Mutapa has described Mulenga as a quality player who will do well at his new club.

The coach said Mulenga was a great inclusion to NAPSA Stars and contributed to the club’s goal of stabilizing in the super league following promotion.

The player has left the club after playing 22 games, scoring four goals and recording the highest number of assists for the club in the just ended season, providing eight.
