NAPSA Stars Football Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Perry Mutapa as the Club’s new Head Coach.

The new coach was unveiled today August 17, 2021, after signing a one-year contract with the club.

Before joining Napsa Stars, Mutapa was on the books of Power Dynamos FC and Forest Rangers FC in the top flight of the Zambia Premier League.

Club Board Chairman John Chundu confirmed the appointment of Mr. Mutapa saying the development is a huge step in ensuring that Napsa Stars quickly gets back to its winning ways and subsequently returns to the MTN Super League.

“After conducting interviews, we are more than thrilled and delighted to have settled for Mr. Mutapa as our Head Coach. We believe he is an experienced coach, and he will help us quickly bounce back to the Super League where we belong,” Mr. Chundu said.

The new head coach who has already commenced work has been tasked to earn the team’s promotion to the Super League by the end of the 2021/22 FAZ/Eden National Division One League Season.

The Club welcomes Mr. Mutapa to the NAPSA Stars Fc which is his former team.
