NAPSA HOST NKANA FOR A WEEK-15 MATCH

NAPSA Stars are back at Heroes Stadium as they host Kitwe giants Nkana FC in a match week-15 of the MTN Super League.

It has been a rough patch for the Pensioners who have not recorded a victory in their last five matches which have seen the Perry Mutapa-coached team record two draws and three losses.

But the team will get some consolation from their last match which saw them record a draw after three consecutive losses.

The Pensioners will this afternoon host Nkana FC who just like NAPSA Stars, have also struggled with consistency in the league so far.

Only two points are separating these two sides with NAPSA Stars sitting 11th on the log with 17 points while Nkana are 14th with 15points.

And the last time these two teams met was in the ABSA Cup which saw NAPSA Stars beat Nkana 4-2 on post-match penalties to progress to the final round of the competition and subsequently winning the title.

The Pensioners have had a good home record, with all their victories recorded at Heroes Stadium. The team has only lost two at home and drawn one. The rest of the draws have been on the road where they are yet to win.
