National Pensions Scheme Authority (NAPSA) Director General Yollard Kachinda has reassured the team of continued full support from the Sponsor going into CAF Confederation Cup Group Stage.
The Director General said this when he was addressing the team via Zoom to congratulate them for the Group Stage qualification.
NAPSA Stars FC qualified for this stage after beating Gor Mahia 3-2 on goal aggregate, with the first leg ending 1-0 in favor of NAPSA Stars FC in Kenya, while second leg ended 2-2 at Heroes Stadium.
Mr. Kachinda said the Sponsors are happy with the team’s performance so far, and advised everyone to keep working hard to continue bringing glory to the Club.
“This qualification is by hard work and if we can beat a team at their home ground then we have to be proud because that is where the work was done and we came to finish it off with a draw at home. The job was not easy, but we have tougher tests ahead of us so let us concentrate and continue working hard,” Mr. Kachinda said.
The DG assured the team of continued support from the sponsors at any level of competition, and asked that the good performance in CAF games is also reflected in the League.
And captain Dickson Chapa thanked the DG for his continued support and promised that the team would work even harder in getting even better results.
Club Chairman Dr. Greg Nsofu thanked the DG for his continued support to the team and assured that the team will continue making the sponsors and fans proud.
