NAPSA VISIT MALAITI RANGERS FOR A WEEK 3 MATCH THIS AFTERNOON

NAPSA Stars Football Club will this afternoon, visit Zesco Maliti Rangers FC for their week-three game of the Eden National Division One League.

The Pensioners are coming from enjoying a one nil victory over Kitwe United and will be looking forward to building on that.

But this Perry Mutapa’s coached side will need to put in more effort into this match considering that they will be facing a team that has been playing National Division One League for a good number of seasons.

Coach Perry has urged his boys not to be complaisant going into this game, adding that Malaiti Rangers will not be an easy team to beat.

“Our expectations coming from a win are obviously high because we want to build from our last performance, but it’s another local derby just like our first game against City and it will not be easy,” Coach Perry adds.

The coach is targeting maximum points going into this encounter, but has stressed that Malaiti will be a tough nut to crack looking at how long they have been in Division One.

“The encounter is difficult because they have been in division one for some time and we are talking to the boys not to think about the game which has passed and just fully focus on this game,” Coach Perry adds.

And asked about his striking forcing considering how the team has only scored one goal going into week-three, Coach Perry says what is important now is collecting maximum three points.

The two teams meet this afternoon in a week-three match set for Queensmead Stadium.
