PENSIONERS HOST KANSANSHI AT HEROES TODAY

All roads lead to Heroes Stadium this afternoon where NAPSA Stars FC host Solwezi outfit Kansanshi Dynamos FC in a week-25 match of the MTN Super League.

The Pensioners return to Heroes Stadium after three matches, two away and one playing home away from home.

And this promises to be a mouth-watering encounter looking at how both sides are desperately looking at collecting maximum three points after not winning in a long time.

Match Review and Form Guide

Both teams are wounded coming from recording losses in their previous matches and will be looking forward to collecting maximum points in this match.

Three points separate these two sides, with Kansanshi sitting just above the relegation zone with 29 points, while NAPSA Stars are eighth on the log with 32 points after 24 matches played.

The visitors are coming from recording a loss to log leaders Power Dynamos FC, while the host NAPSA Stars FC are coming from recording their loss to ZESCO United FC.

It has not been an easy February for the Perry Mutapa-drilled side that struggled to pick up a victory and recording draws and losses so far.

The bad patch for the Pensioners has come after having a good run in January which saw the team record three victories and one draw.

Pressure will also be on Boyd Mulwanda-drilled Kansanshi side that has equally struggled to pick up maximum points in their last five matches.

Head-to-Head

In the last three matches the two teams have met, each side has won a game each while the other meeting, which was in the first round of this season, ended in a barren draw.
